Shepherd is anadmitted Attorney of the High Court of Zimbabwe, a qualified Banker anda Governance and compliance professional. He holds a Bachelor of lawsand a Master of Business Law from the University of South Africa. Hegraduated with a Master of Commerce in Professional Accounting andCorporate Governance from Great Zimbabwe University and is anadmitted Graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
