Nomatter Sigauke (known as Simba) is Non-Executive Director of Pharmadist (Pvt) Ltd. He has vast experience in Finance and Business Strategy. Simba also holds the position of Business Solutions and Strategy Executive for Masawara PLC, previously listed with London stock exchange, which is a diversified holding Group with presence in Southern Africa. He has 10 years’ experience and is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe). He has extensive experience in Investment management, Strategy, Business Start-ups, Financial Management & Advisory and is at core an entrepreneur.

Simba spent 5 years with Deloitte Zimbabwe, Harare where he trained his professional career and spend time building up his entrepreneurship acumen. By that time, he was invested in technology and affordable technology gadgets business as well as giving advisory services to small to medium businesses mostly run by individuals and families.

Simba has exposure in various sectors covering financial services, Investment management services, Hospitality, Audit, Advisory&Consultancy services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Agriculture, Mining, FCMG, Aviation, Automobile retailing, Pharmaceuticals and Non-profit institutions. This exposure actively covers Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and recently Malawi.
